Today 24/10/18 the Year 7&8 extension class had our Paideia Seminar and we had to talk about statements. I was in the shop owners group with Naomi, Amelia and Sheena including myself. We talked about how shop owners don't really care about what they are selling and just wanting the money and that they don't sell much healthy food then they should be selling.
From my perspective I think that I had improved from our last Paideia Seminar but I also think I couldn't of talked more but not much more maybe another 5 more times and then I would of improved lot's. But I really think I had talked more than the last Paideia Seminar we had.
In our next Paideia Seminar I would like to talk more than 7 times or even 10 times. I just want to talk as much as I can which I know I can talk more but I also need to research a bit more so I can throw the research in my brain and have it ready for the Seminar so I can start talking and sharing my research.

Civilization - Paideia Seminar
On Tuesday the 19th of September the 5&6 extension class had a Paideia Seminar after lunch. The topic was 'Is being civilised such a good thing?' I think that I tried harder then my last Paideia Seminars and I talked a lot more. I think I could of prepared myself and done a bit more research and have more information.
Next time we have another Paideia Seminar I will prepare myself a bit more and brainstorm lot's on a piece of paper. Next time I will also try and link to other peoples ideas and add or have a challenge. In my group was Hinerangi, Amelia, Me and Justice.

Task Description: This is my reflection on the year 5&6 extension Paideia Seminar. I have explained what I did, what I did better than the last Seminars and what I could do better next time.

Reflection on Back in da day Production
I was nervous and I knew there was no going back. When I got on the stage I imagined the audience not in front of to get over my fears. I knew I could do it I was very very very nervous but I carried on and had fun. I enjoyed getting to say more bits but I was afraid I wouldn’t have enough time to practice all my bit. But luckily I had memorise my bit’s and know what I had to say. I had butterflies in my stomach. I did like the audience reaction to our show they were really enjoying it and clapping along to some parts. I think I would maybe like to do that again, it was also my first time speaking in front of the whole school. I think for to do better I could've speak up a little more and move around more and smile all the time. What I loved about it the most is that I was in every single scene. I also liked that I gave it a go and wasn’t shy and didn’t leave.

Task Description: This is my reflection on my mini production I played on Tuesday. I played my production called back in da day in front of the whole school. I left some photos and please leave a positive comment down below.
