Tech at Tamaki College

On Tuesday the 21st of May we went to Tamaki again. On Tuesday we made Chocolate Muffins. Normally we would cook or bake with a partner I normally cook with Bethan but unfortunately she was away sick. I was excited because I was on my own and I had to make 12 so that meant I had 12 to myself. But I shared some. These are the 7 simple steps.

Step 1 ~  1 1/2 cup of self rising flour into a large bowl, 1/3 cup of cocoa into the same bowl.

Step 2 ~ 1/2 a cup of sugar added to the bowl.

Step 3 ~ 1/2 a cup of milk.

Step 4 ~ 1/2 a cup of oil.

Step 5 ~ 1 egg

Step 6 ~ Mix well and drop 1 Tablespoon of mixture into muffin tin.

Step 7 ~ Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.

Cooking at Tamaki College.

Oh Noo it's our second to last week of cooking at Tamaki College. "Man i'm gonna miss cooking because every time we cook delicious food like the meal we cook today, Can you take a guess. We made Potato Top or Cottage Pie or a Potato Top Pie or what ever you would like to call it. The ingredients were - Mashed Potato mixed with butter, Cheese, Fried Mince with mixed veges. The cheese is underneath the mashed potato, On top of the mince. This was all made in a little tin foil.

Cooking @ Tamaki.

Today we went to Tech @ Tamaki College. We cooked a Potato Salad with Egg, Carrots, Mayonnaise and ham but I asked for extra mayo because I love mayo. I made this with Bethan because you have to have a partner. At the end of the session we got to eat and eating was the best part because I love potato salads and because this one was delicious and new to me. I normally have just potato, mayo, spring onions and egg that's about it.
