WALT: use exciting language in a recount
Have you ever had a Immersion Assembly before? Well today at school we had Immersion Assembly, and this term our topic is Musical Madness. I am looking forward to this term.
Our school theme is all about music and creating different types of music. Suddenly it was time for Team 1 to come up the stage the teacher’s played cards and when they got sad, happy, angry and bored the music would match their feelings. Team 2 is creating instruments. Team 3
Used some lyrics from each song and the teachers talked to each other using the lyrics in their movie. I like Team 5 because it as funny and Mr Wiseman was throwing the popcorn around, and they played different songs using the lion king movie.
Team 4 created a movie the teachers were relaxing in the vehicle and driving at a smooth speed. This term we will be creating different types of instruments and creating cool music. I am really excited.
I would like to learn how to make all sorts of instruments. I also hope to learn how to create music. I hope we don’t have to perform.
I am really excited and really looking forward to this term and I cannot wait. I think the theme is cool interesting and fun. I can’t wait to create songs and instruments.
Task Description: This is my recount about Immersion Assembly. Me and my class did a paragraph at a time to get it perfect. We are practicing to write recounts for our test.
