Today for Inquiry in Room 4 we got to Kimchi which is a pickled cabbage from Korea. The Kimchi was pretty much like cabbage sitting in a bunch of chili sauce the sauce was very spicy, salty, flavory and garlicky. We also got a chance to try Pad Thai which is a dish obviously from Thai. In Thai they like to have their flavors balanced out equally their 3 main flavors are Salty, Sweet and Spicy. The Pad Thai definitely was delicious I really loved it, it tasted like pasta and chicken with a various of flavors.
